Show OBITUARIES JOHN E. WELLINGTON John Edmund Wellington, 72, of Payson, died of natural causes Sept. 27 in an Orem rest home. He was the father of M. E. Wellington of Milford. He was born Feb. 4, 1894, in Crescent, to William R. and Lydia Matilda Lunnen Wellington. Well-ington. He married Fern Ivie May 18, 1921, in the. Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was a former employe of the Union Pacific Railroad and the D & R G W. He was a member of The American Legion, and served with the U S Army in World War I. Surviving are his widow; the following sons and daughters: daugh-ters: Edmund Melvin, Milford; Kenneth Albert, Orem; Mrs. Mureal (Adelaide) Nielson, Baker, Ba-ker, Nev.; Mrs. Ralph (Myrtle) Nielson, Sanfond, Colo.; 11 grandchildren and three great grandchildren; a brother, Glen L., Salt Lake, and sisters Mrs. Wilma VanValkenburg, Salt Lake; Mrs. William (Eunice) Judd, Grantsville. Funeral services will be conducted con-ducted Saturday at 1 p. m. in the Payson Second LDS Ward Chapel. Friends may call at the Rigby Mortuary in Payson from 7 to 9 p. m. Friday and Saturday prior to services. : |
