Show ( and Mrs. Dick Pryor of Henderson, Hen-derson, Nev., spent the week end here hunting sage hens and visiting relatives. Clinton Thompson of Salt Lake is in town on business. He is staying with his son and daughter in law, Mr. and Mrs. Leon Thompson. Neal Carter, son of Mr. and Mrs. Newell Carter, spent the week end here visiting his parents and other relatives. Neal is employed in Salt Lake, e Mrs. Bessie Pearson was honored hon-ored at a family gathering on her birthday, Sept. 27. Mrs. fctnel Matnows has returned re-turned from a week's stay in Salt Lake with her mother, Mrs. Vida Spencer, who is ill. Mr. and Mrs. Horace Carter are in Salt Lake this week on business. Mr. and Mrs. Arshall Evans received word of the birth of a new grandson, born to Al and LaRee Evans Morin of Salt Lake. The young man has an older brother, A. J. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Gillins r.nd family and Mr. and Mrs. Tex Marshall and family attended at-tended a farewell testimonial in Cedar City Sunday for their brother, John Black, son of Mr. and Mrs. Milt Jolley. Dan Goff, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lorin Goff, spent the week end here with his parents. par-ents. Dan is attending school in Northern Utah. 0 Kathleen Sisneros was the name given the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Phil Sisneros when sine was blessed Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Bonner and family of Las Vegas spent the week end here visiting their daughter Bobbie, who is staying with Mr. and Mrs. Leon Thompson.
