Noble, Owner Insurance Claims Free Estimates experience TRUE HIGH school rules are a lot different now than they were ten years ago. Whether it has improved or ruined the game is a matter of opinion. I happen to agree with this about some of the rules are ruining the game. First rule I hate in high school is the designated hitter. Sure the professionals use it too, but in high schools they dont need it. In the pro ranks the pitcher is hit for, in high school the pitchers are some of the best athletes and they always hit. A professional pitcher throws a lot more than a high school thrower and thus spends all his time throwing and not hitting but in the high school level a player should go to the plate for himself. ANOTHER CONFUSING, and dumb rule is the reentry thing Plainly speaking a person can go into the game, such as run for someone, and that person then sits down after running the bases Make the players do it all, run, field and hit. Some get on base, have a runner come in then go sit down until its time to go back out onto the field. The experts say it gives more people a chance to play the game Then they turn around and are trying to save money by cutting out a junior varsity program. That's using the old head. ii Stock or Special Order fs e Current Line Vinyls IT DOESNT give everyone a chance to play It gives some people a chance to run the bases. Big deal The high school game would be better off if they did rule Make away with the designated hitter and not just one facet of the game the players Off Book Price HIGH SCHOOL baseball is fun to watch and play, but one or two more rule changes and its going to be a joke Boot Jeans by Levi's.
