Show SUMMONS. I IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE FIFTH Judicial District, State of Utah, County of Washington. X.uvisu. M. Shirtz, Plaintiff, vs. Reese N. Shirtz, Defendant. Summons. The People of the State of Utah send Greeting to Reese N. Shirtz, Defendant. You are hereby required to appear in on Action brought against you by the above named Plaintiff in the District Court of the Fifth Judicial District Dis-trict of the State. of Utah in and for the County of Washington and to answer the complaint filed therein within twenty days after the service of this Summons If served within said County in which this Action is brought, otherwise other-wise within thirty days after service and defend de-fend the above entitled Action; and in case of your failure so to do judgement will be rendered render-ed against you according to the demand of the Complaint tiled herein. The said Action Is brought to obtain a Decree of this Court dissol-. ving the bonds of matrimony heretofore and now existing between yourself and said plaintiff plain-tiff and that the care control and custody of the minor children, issue of said marriage be awarded to the Plaintiff. The ground of said Action are that on the :?0 day of December A. D. 1896 you deserted and abandoned the said Plaintiff and ever since have and still continue to desert and lire apart from, her and without her consent, and for more than two years last past you have failed to provide Plaintiff with the common necessaries of life notwithstanding notwithstand-ing you have the ability so tu do.
