Show ATTEND FUNERAL OF MRS. E. J. PALMER AT CEDAR Funeral services for Mrs. Clara Knell Palmer, wife of E. J. Palmer, prominent Cedar City church worker, work-er, were held in Cedar City last Friday. Mrs. Palmer died last Wednesday Wed-nesday morning of pneumonia. She was 63 years of age, and a sister of Mrs. Rhoda Cannon of St. George. The following local people attended the services: Mrs. Rhdda Cannon, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Cannon, Can-non, Mrs. Eva C. Webb, Mrs. Jos. T. Atkin, Jr., W. W. Cannon and Walter Cannon. Relatives and friends from all parts of the state were there, including in-cluding neices and nephews from Green River, Utah. Dr. George Middleton of Salt Lake City was the principal speaker. In spite of the fact that the flu was prevalent in Cedar City there was a very large attendance, and banks of beautiful flowers. She is survived surviv-ed by her husband, three sons and a daughter. |
