The district union of the International Union of Mine, Mill and Smelter Workers has prepared resolutions directed to President Franklin D. Roosevelt. Other local unions of the C. I. O. are doing likewise. A. F. L heads have forwarded a communication to William Green, president of the A. F. L, asking him to take a hand in the establishment of the silver price. A. S.
