Show Newlyiccds Greet Friends at Lovely Candlelight Reception Thursday, June 10 Newly-married Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Jay Rencher, Jr., greeted friends at a candlelight reception on Thursday evening, June 10. Their marriage was solemnized Thursday morning in the L. D. S. Temple with David O. McKay officiating. The reception was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wallace L. Smith, 2265 Country Club drive, aunt and uncle of the bride. For her wedding gown the bride chose lustre white satin sat-in fashioned with a sweetheart neckline, full train and long, tapering sleeves. Her bouquet was of orchids and lilies of the valley. Mrs. Alan C. Bandley was her sister's only attendant and Eugene S. Burbidge acted as best man for the groom. The bride is the former Louise Burbidge, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Bubidge, 1969 South llth East. Mr. Rencher is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Ben-jamin Jay Rencher of Snow-flake, Snow-flake, Ariz. For her honeymoon the bride chose a red suit with crisp white accessories. Their summer will lie spent in Arizona and in the fall the young couple plans to return to the B. Y. U. in Provo to continue their studies. |
