Show Thursday, September 27, 2007 SPRINGVILLE HERALD Dean, Myrna Lee Tew celebrate 50 years Dean L. and Myrna Lee Weight Tew celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary An-niversary on September 12, 2007 on a cruise in Alaska. They were married September Sep-tember 12, 1957 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Their children will host an open house in their honor on Saturday, Sept. 29, at the Mapleton White Church, corner of Maple and Main. All friends and relatives are invited to attend from 6 to 8 p.m. They request no gifts please. Dean and Myrna Lee are the parents of six children: Grant (Diane) Tew, Lake Shore; Kevin (Debbie) Tew, Santaquin; Jennalee (Bruce) Tew Long, Spanish Fork; Cynthia (Mike) Tew Keetch, Salem; Steven (Joann) Tew, Genola; and Karen (Travis) Tew Jones, Nephi. They have 18 grandchildren grandchil-dren and two great-grandchildren. Dean was born and raised in Mapleton. Myrna Lee was born and raised in Springville. Dean spent many years as a carpenter. They enjoy camping and family! Her grandparents are Wayne and Maureen Hurst of Spanish Fork and Brandon and Denise Wood of Springville. Her great-grandparents include Madge Johnson and Shirley Hurst, both of Spanish Fork; Bonner and Diane Gillies of Springville, and Gary and Marie Wood of Salem. Her great-great-grandpaents are Elma Evans of Springville and Paul and Betty Morrell of Spanish Fork.
