One thing Principal Rolf e has noticed about the junior high is that people here are really friendly he really enjoys all the kids that come up to him and say hi, and don't just walk by him. He said that he just has a feeling that kids here actually actu-ally want to learn and he enjoys that feeling. We would like to make Principal Rolf e feel excited to come to work everyday. As you all know, now is the time of year for the cookie dough drive. But what a lot of you don't know is that all of those annoying an-noying kids that come to your doorsteps are not just trying to get the prize, but to help their school. Why? This program we are using we have stuck with because we have earned a lot of money for our school with your help. One of the times helped us to get new stage curtains. Those old curtains were so bad that you could see the audience threw huge watermelon sized holes. This year we need help with some things also. I asked our new principal, Principal Rolfe, about the new things that we are saving up to do. He said, "We are earning money to pay for the renovations on the girls gym. We needed to make the renovations to the gym because the basketball rims were bad, and there was not enough room to play sports. So we got new hoops that fold against the wall." The princpal also said, "We are almost finished with our new auditorium. We have new sound and seats, but now we need to put in a bigger screen. The auditorium needs some wiring done. We are going to install a projector. So it is basically the finishing touches." How Can You Help? So your probably thinking think-ing "Well, I'll be fine not buying cookie dough for the school" But that's not true. This cookie dough drive is very important for our school, and we hope that you will help us. Not only will you get really yummy cookies, but you will also get to help out the schooL Cookie dough is fourteen dollars a tub. We need help from you. If you want to buy cookie dough, then contact one of the Springville Spring-ville Junior High School students. m)wm liii (&&steiv ml Wa'JhlrilJdjJ M ..ll-IUfittfiCyflW " " j.L!-:CH.
