Legal Notices Probate and Guardianship Notices Consult County Clark or tho Rospictiv Signers for Further Information ELECTION NOTICE TO ALL QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF MAPLETON CITY, UTAH COUNTY, UTAH: Take notice that on the 16th day of February, 1971, an election will be held in Mapleton City, Utah County, Utah, at the places set out below for the purpose of submitting to such qualified electors of said City the following proposition: PROPOSITION Shall the City Council of Mapleton City, Utah, be authorized to issue the General Obligation Water Bonds of said City in the amount of not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000), bearing interest at a rate or rates not to exceed eight per cent (8 percent) per annum, and due and payable in not to exceed twenty-five (25) years from the date of said bonds; these bonds to be issued and sold for the purpose of defraying all or a part of the cost of constructing improvements im-provements and extensions to the water system of the City? Said election will be held at the following polling places and the persons indicated as follows will act as election officials: Voting District 1 & 2 Polling Place City Hall Election Officials Lois Bartholomew, Bar-tholomew, Beth Bird, Loeen Whiting. The polls shall be open between bet-ween the hours of 7:00 o'clock a.m. and 8:00 o'clock p.m. There is to be no special registration of voters for such election and the official register last made or revised shall constitute the register for such election, except that the County Clerk of Utah County will register at his Office during the regular office hours, except Saturdays, Sundays, and, holidays and except during the ten-day period immediately preceding the bond election, any person who on the day of election will be a qualified elector and will register such persons as provided by law. The County Clerk will make available or will cause the registration agents to make available at the above-described above-described polling place a registration list or copy thereof listing all registered electors entitled to use such voting place.
