Show ception Honors Couple Married Wednesday I a i Mrs. Clara McKenzie of this city announces the marriage of her daughter, Odessa, to Ervin Woodhouse, son of Mrs. Rollo Christensen of Salt Lake City, which took place on Wednesday evening at the home of the bride's mother. The ceremony was performed by Rodney Kimball, bishop of the Grand View ward, in the presence of immediate family members and close friends. The bride was charmingly attired at-tired in a white brocaded marquisette marqui-sette wedding gown with corsage of pink rosebuds. Her attendants included lone Ostler, maid of honor; Donna Shephard and Rolla Christensen, bridesmaids; and Mrs. Bernell Mc- Kenzie, matron of honor. Bernell McKenzie, brother of the bride, was best man. After the wedding, the ' couple was honored with a wedding reception re-ception in the Fourth ward amusement amuse-ment hall, where a program and refreshments were featured as en-tainment. en-tainment. The hall was beautifully decorated deco-rated for the occasion with a profusion pro-fusion of lovely summer flowers and ferns. The receiving line, including in-cluding the bride and groom, parents par-ents of the newlyweds and other members of the bridal party, stood in front of the fireplace which was banked with vari-colored flowers. The couple plan to make their home here for the present. |
