Show ! lJ I ception Planned For Married Couple i A PARTY WAS GH'EX FOR EVELYN MACKLEY of Mapleton on Friday evening, prior to her leaving for nurse's training in the L. D. S. hospital. Hostesses at the affair were Max-ine Max-ine Harmer and Nancy Sorenson, who directed the entertainment of games, followed by a potluck supper. sup-per. Guests included Helen and June Larsen, Lenore Hopla, Bee Men-denhall, Men-denhall, Ruth Jensen, Mary Robertson, Ro-bertson, Ora Nielson, and Lois Johnson. s An interesting nuptial event of the week is the marriage of Miss Mabel Bennett, daughter of John Bennett of Mapleton, and Glenn Williams, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. E. Williams, also of Mapleton, which took place on Friday, September Sep-tember 5, in the Salt Lake temple. Complimenting the young couple, cou-ple, a wedding reception will be held in the Mapleton amusement hall Friday evening, to which approximately ap-proximately 300 guests have been invited. A program, dancing and refreshments will feature the en- tertainment. |
