Wheeler Springvlle Mortician, Wife to be Honored on 50th .Wedding Day, Sun. 23, 1903, in Springville and have five sons and daughters: Mrs. Frank (Marie) Cranmer; Mrs. Lindsey (Inez) Parker; Helen and Blaine Wheeler of Springville; Mrs. Raymond (Aleen) Parker, Tacoma, Wash. They have also thirteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren. In honor of Mr. and Mrs. A. Y. Wheeler, well-known Springville couple, who are celebrating their golden wedding day, an open house reception will be given by their children Sunday at the Wheeler residence, 211 East Second South. The family requests no gifts. An invitation is extended to relatives rel-atives and friends to call between the hours of 3 and 7 p.m. Mr. Wheeler as born in Springville, Spring-ville, February 10, 1882, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Wheeler. His father was one of the early day morticians of -Springville and from him Mr. Wheeler learned the business bus-iness in which he has engaged in more than fifty years. Active in LDS church and civic affairs, Mr. Wheeler is a charter member of the Springville Kiwanis club. Mrs. Dorothy Wheeler was born in Spanish Fork, September 24, 1882, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Stokes. She has worked in many capacities in the church especially in the Primary in which she served about 35 years. She. is a member. of Camp Springville DUP. Both Mr. and Mrs. Wheeler have taken an active part on the Black Hawk committee both serving as officers. They were married Sepetmber |
