Show Ho work for the Utah Copper Co. at Magna. He lived at Magna until seven years ago, when he retired and has made his home in Richfield Rich-field since. His wife, Mrs. Sarah Ann Crandall Packard, died on March 13, 1913. Surviving are one son, Rue Packard of Salt Lake City; two daughters, Mrs. L. V. (Jane) Foy of Richfield and Mrs. E. L. (Louise) Allan of Rupert, Idaho. Another daughter, Mrs. Wallace (Fern) Mace, died in Salt Lake City about six weeks ago. There are also two brothers and a sister, sis-ter, A. O. Packard of Springville and William and LaPreal Packard of Salt Lake City. Funeral Services Here Friday For IL (Veil) Packard Noah L. (Veil) Packard, 86, former for-mer resident of Springville and a native of this city, died Monday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. L. V. (Jane) Foy, in Richfield, of ailments incident to age. Funeral services will be conducted conduc-ted Friday at 1 p.m., at the A. Y. Wheeler and Son Mortuary. Friends may call at the Mortuary Thursday evening from 6 until 9 p.m., and also before the services Friday. Burial will be in the Evergreen Ever-green cemetery. Mr. Packard was born in Springville Spring-ville September 11, 1864, a son of Milan O. and Margaret Jane Packard. Pack-ard. He spent his early life in this city leaving about 30 years ago |
