Show SOUTHERN UTAH NEWS WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 12, 2001 Opinion 4 Dixie Speaks We would like to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to Robert Houston and the Western Legends Executive Committee and volunteers. To say that Western Legends was a success would be an understatement A signature event such as this not only celebrates the community's western heritage and showcases a town's attributes, it brings a community together to work for a common goal. Western Legends made Kanab shine. I do not believe that there was a single person in attendance who didn't come away without lavishing accolades about the event. We know from experience how much time, energy and money are involved in putting on an event such as this. And it's occasionally a thankless job. Most folks cannot comprehend the amount of work it takes to pull everything together. Thanks to all who made this wonderful event a success! Letters to the Editor ..VVVt . Jfc. What is your opinion? Brand new planes were sent there upon arrival in England to have changes made that would have slowed down production lines in America. These modifications made the aircraft safer and more efficient.
