Suspect yelled obscenities to passerbys on street. Referred to City Attorney for charges. June 6 Burglarytheft - Residential home was broken into and a sleeping bag taken. Under investigation. Theft - Purse containing $144 was found at local business and put into safe. The money was later discovered missing from the purse. Under investigation.
