Show SOCIETY NOTES Mr. and Mrs. D. S. Clement, 1765 White Avenue have recently returned from a vacation in California. Ca-lifornia. They visited their son Walter H. Clement, his wife Shirley Shir-ley and three-year-old Steven in Mountain View. Walter is an engineering en-gineering student at San Jose Jr. College there. They also spent a few days sightseeing in San Fran-ojsco Fran-ojsco and returned home by way of Yosemite National Park. Mrs. Clement said they had a wonderful wonder-ful trip and certainly enjoyed seeing see-ing their little grandson, Steven. Mrs. Robert Kent, 5107 West Moor, Holladay, was hostess for the sewing club, Thursday evening, even-ing, Oct. 24. The dinner was,buffet style California casserole, stuffed stuff-ed baked potato, jello fruit salad and merange chiffon pie topped with strawrberries and whipping cream was served and enjoyed by everyone. This , was the first get-together following the three-month three-month summer vacation. The members meet each month at one , another's homes, have dinner, sew and visit. The members are .
