Show r wr wi w Wednesday September 15 2004 Sanpete Messenger Sanpete Messenger-Gunniso- M"' yi A9 3 Compiled MT shop Most of all he loved to be with his family visiting laughing and expressing his counseling love for them His four grandchildren were the twinkle in his eyes He loved spoiling them and holding them in his arms James loved life and knew what he wanted to accomplish He always knew that the Church was true and would tell his family of this often He was a strong man full of life We will all deeply miss him but know that someday we will all see him again Heavenly Father more deeply and to serve him in whatever capacity he could He held many positions in the church and continued to learn of the love that the Lord had for him ' He is survived by his wife and Yvonne Carlton Williams five children Tenice (Derek) Stuart David Williams Tonya (Austin) Blackham Jon (Mandi) Williams and Melanie (Paul) Gray grandchildren Tanner and Marquel Stuart Kylee and James Blackham He is also survived by his parents Hebert and Agnes Williams and brothers and sisters Montie (Juanita) Williams Deonna (Niel) Fuller Janet (Robert) Tustian Susan (Wayne) Martin Jay (Rosie) Williams Mark Williams Steve (Renee) Williams Louise (Brent) Osborne Jeannie (Mark) Larson Laurie (Koran) Smart The family expresses their heartfelt gratitude for his doctors nurses friends and neighbors who have helped him over his lifetime and especially the past years Your prayers and thoughts were felt and heard A view ing will be held at the Ephraim 4th Ward Chapel on Wednesday Sept 15 from 6 to 8 pm and again Thursday Sept 16 from 9 to 10:30 am The funeral will follow at am Internment will be in the Alpine City Cemetery under the direction of Rasmussen Mortuary his children Joel and Heidi Swan and Tara Lynne and Chris Merry weather all of Payson and Rachel and Brett Christiansen collector 'J' artist ?£ Jirnmijw After 24 years of Air Force life the couple bought a farm in Mt Pleasant Dorothy decorated wedding cakes and taught others until 1984 when a severe brain aneurysm changed her direction Tole painting on wood soon became her joy and she opened a store in Mt Pleasant to sell her work called LoDor Factory Outlet She also painted her father’s long saw with a picture of her father standing by his logging truck When trends changed so did the Jensens The couple sold the farm and closed the store and they now live in the home that belonged to Ray’s parents surrounded by family treasures They have become ardent rock hounds and while Ray cuts the stones Dorothy makes jewelry She also paints quilt blocks and not long ago challenged herself to make a completely handmade quilt that now adorns the bed Dorothy does have one regret that she continued training as a nurse even though she knew she didn’t like it “I should have gone to do and love is Everything college and become a home economist in that area” When Dorothy became a senior citizen she realized the old building the seniors used was too small so she went to work to solve the problem Administrator John Shuhmann states “Dorothy Jensen was instrumental in helping us get the new building” Mt Pleasant recently built a combination senior citizen center and community cen- grandchildren iP r as i ?
