freedom of speech and of the press he sent to the board a letter recalling that the body recently declared the circulation of a house speech by hoffman constituted an unfair labor practice under the wagner act in the speech hoffman declared that known communists were active in the committee for industrial organization and denounced C 1 I 0 sit down strikes as communistic methods this speech
