Show Hal & Bernice Manwill Golden Wedding Hal and Bernice Manwill are celebrating 50 years of marriage. They were married February 7, 1941. Hal is a graduate of Manti High School, and Brenice graduated from Gunnison High School. Hal worked for Utah Idaho Sugar Factory in Centerfield, and then was transferred to Idaho Falls Sugar Factory, where he has been assistant Mster Mechanic. He retired after 35 years of work. Bernice worked for the Lincoln School Lunch program until her retirement. They have a summer home at Palisades Lake in Idaho, and enjoy the mountains, and also traveling in their motorhome. They have four sons and one foster son: Bemell Manwill, Centerfield, UT; Billy Manwill, Gail Lyn Manwill, both of Idaho Falls, ID; Clair Manwill, Shelley, Idaho; Perry Fredrickson, of Sandy. They have 23 grandchildren and 7 Norma Robins will serve in Washington, DC Mrs. Norma Robins, of Redmond, has been called to serve in the Washington, DC South Mission for one year. She will speak in the Salina Second Ward, 87 South 100 East at 2:50 p.m. February 10, 1990. She is scheduled the MTC on February 13. wed Steven Jorgensen Holly Larsen will Matt & Trina Hughes set wedding date. Hughes, Matt Jensen will wed Trina Alfred and Nina Vee Hughes, St. George, are pleased to announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Trina, to Mathew Roger Jensen, son of Roger and Carol Jensen, of Aurora, and the late Donna Gayle Jensen. The wedding ceremony is set for Saturday, February 16, 1991 in the St. George Temple. A Reception in their honor will be held that evening in the St. George East Stake Elder John Kjar will Jensen Mr. and Mrs. Craig Larsen, Ephraim are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter Holly to Steven Christian Jorgenson, son of Mr. and Mrs. James C. Jorgenson, Jr, also of Ephraim. Mrs. Betty Mellor and the late Melvin Mellor of Fayette and Mr. and Mrs. McCoy Larsen of Ephraim are grandparents of the bride. The groom is a grandson of Mr. and Mrs. James Jorgenson of Ephraim. Both Steven and Holly are Manti High School graduate and are currently attending Snow College. Holly has been active in music and Center, 449 South 300 East, St. George. The Reception will begin at 7 p.m. and there will be dancing from 10 p.m. to Midnight. Matt is a graduate of North Sevier High School and Seminary. Trina is a graduate of Dixie High and Seminary. The young couple will make their home in St. George, where both are employed. Burke Johnson, Pamela McKinney say vows Happy First Birthday serve in Brazil Mission Sister Norma Robins The families of Pamela A. McKinney, of Turlock, California, and W. Burke Johnson, of Aurora, announce the couples marriage on January 5, 1991, in Merced, California. Jeffory R. Bott, President of the Fresno California LDS Mission performed the ceremony. Attending were Mr. Johnsons sons, Dave, of Salt Lake City; Marie, Idaho Falls; and Vince, along with his wife, Laurie, of Aurora. The families did some visiting in the area before returning home. Immediately following the evening reception, Pamela and Burke left for Denver Colorado, to attend the National Western Show. Jordan Leigh Fullmer celebrated her first birthday January 13,1991. Her proud parents are Tom and Heidi Fullmer, of Salt Lake City. Grandparents are Steven Crane, Salina; Clark and Donna Fullmer, Springville; and Dorothy Gorman, Redding, California. Steve is working toward a major in automotive technology and photography. They will be making their home in Manti while continuing their education at Snow College. A reception is planned following their marriage on Saturday, February 9, and will be held at the Ephraim Stake Center at 400 East Center Street, Ephraim between t 7:00 and 9:00. He is the son of David L. and Marianne Kjar of Gunnison. His grandmother is Eleanor Madsen of Ephraim. John graduated from Gunnison High School and has been attending Snow College. He was the sterling scholar in Art. John will speak at a farewell Sunday, February 10th at 10:40 at the Gunnison 2nd Ward. He will enter the Mission Training Center on February 13, 1991. to serve in the Brazil, anyone wanting to upgrade their crochet skills, learn the basics, or solve a crocheting problem.
