STEVEN HOLDAWAY (Nancy Richards) Nancy Richards and Steven Holdaway Honored at Reception Last Thursday Miss Nancy Richards, daughter daugh-ter of Mrs. Grant S. Richards and the late Grant S. Richards, and Steven Holdaway, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert D. Holdaway Hold-away of Pleasant Grove, were wed Thursday morning, Sept. 5, in the Salt Lake Temple, with Henry D. Taylor officiating. officiat-ing. A wedding breakfast was hosted by the groom's parents at the Doll House. A reception was held that evening at the Orem Reception Centre. The bride was lovely in her floor length wedding gown. The bodice and sleeves were fashioned of lace, which was repeated in applique on the skirt and a floor length mantilla which flowed from a pearl tiara. She earned a cascade cas-cade of yellow and white roses. Attending the bride were Heidi and Mary Louise Richards, Rich-ards, sisters of the bride, Deb-by Deb-by Holdaway, sister of the groom, and Susan Wakefield, a cousin of the bride. David Holdaway, brother of the groom served as best man. The bride and groom are both graduates of Pleasant Grove High School and the LDS Seminary. Sem-inary. Nancy is a graduate of Brigham Yuong University, and is currently employed as a secretary for the Seminaries and Institutes. Steve is a junior jun-ior at Brigham Young University Univer-sity majoring in electrical engineering. en-gineering. He served a Spanish-American Spanish-American Mission. They plan to live in Provo, while Steve completes his schooling. |
