Show vj Ruth Jacklin Webb Dies In Salt Lake Mrs. Ruth Jacklin Webb, 70, of Salt Lake City, a native of American Amer-ican Fork, died in a Salt Lake City hospital Wednesday at 3:15 p. m. of pneumonia. Born at American Fork January 7, 1868, Mrs. Webb was a daughter of George and Ruth Wagstaff Jacklin. Jack-lin. She was married to Wilford Webb in the Logan L. D. S. temple in 1886, moving that year to Price, where she lived until 1888 when she and her husband moved to River-ton. River-ton. Mr. Webb died in 1916. An active L. D. S. church member, mem-ber, she was a Relief society worker for many years and was active in temple work. Surviving are six sons, G. H., Milo G. and Golden J. Webb of Salt Lake City, Leland J. Webb of Draper, Wilford C. Webb of Riverton and Vernon C Webb of West Jordan; two daughters, Mrs. Vera W. Bowman of Salt Lake City and Mrs. Norma G. Webster of Charleston, Utah; 32 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren; two brothers, broth-ers, John Jacklin of American Fork and Will Jacklin of Burley, Idaho; and three sisters, Mrs. Annie Shelley, Shel-ley, Mrs. Hannah Pectol and Mrs. Martha Brown, all of American Fork. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2 p. m. in the Forest Dale L. D. S. ward chapel. Burial will be in the Riverton cemetery. Friends may call at 36 East Seventh South street Friday and Saturday and at the 'residence, 2263 Eighth East street, Sunday until 1:30 p. m. |
