Show Mrs Phyllis Lewis Dies It was with a feeling of sincere sorrow that the word of the passing away of Mrs Phyllis Hoover Lewis was received in our city Monday evening Mrs Lewis had been confined In a Salt Lake hospital for some Ome six weeks and while her condition was known to be serious it was hoped and thought her ailment aliment would not prove fatal Born in this city October 20 20 1913 the daughter of Mr and Mrs George H H. H Hoover In III 1933 she was married to Charles Lewis and the couple made their home here until a few years ago Mrs Lewis was a graduate of the high school with the class of 31 and was a member member mem mem- ber her of the L. L D D. D S S. church Survivors include her husband a II daughter Darlene Lewis Garfield her parents of this city two sisters Mrs Ray E. E Merrill Garfield Mrs Charles Josephson Berkeley California two brothers Lieutenant Roland L. L Hoover with the armed services In Oklahoma and Thomas W W. Hoover of this city Funeral services were held this thill afternoon afternoon after after- noon from the L. L D. D S.
