K2. passed away from complications of renal failure. June 75. 2007 Mary was horn Augul .il. 11124 in I.os Angeles, California, Cali-fornia, the r)th child born to Oliver James and Mabel Sout hwick Roberts. She moved to a farm in Lelit, Utah at age T and graduated from l,ehi High in 1!M2 She married Joseph orestier on December 1, l!)-)2. She enjoyed making her house a home by working in the yard, sewing, cooking, and welcomed all to stop by and chat. Mary was a very caring person and many people were on the receiving re-ceiving end of her many deeds of kindness and loving concern. She was able to travel to 1(1 foreign countries and visit most ol the U S with senior citien groups. She enjoyed meeting people and was grateful lor her many special friendships that have endured over manv vears. She w as a mem ber of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, participating as a teacher in Relief Society, Primary, Pri-mary, Sunday School and serving as Mutual Attendance Secretary, a memlxir ot the 2nd Ward Choir, a memljer of the 2nd Ward Cxik-ing Cxik-ing Committee for 25 years, a Visiting Vis-iting Teacher in Lehi for 25 years, Wins for 11 years and Meridian for 5 years. Mary is survived by her two daughters, Mary Jo Jay) Phillips, Mountain Home, Idaho; Roselyn Michael Richmond. Gilbert, Arizona; and 6 grandchildren, Tyler Itiillips, Tawny Phillips, Isabel Richmond, Tess Richmond, Mitchell Richmond and Sadie Richmond. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Tony Joseph Forestier and all brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be held Monday. July 2. 2007, at 2:00 p.m. at the Wing Mortuary, 118 F. Mam, Lehi, where friends and family may call Sunday evening from 6-8:00 p.m. and on Monday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of services. Utah, August 28, F"" 1916, to her loving parents Thomas William Wil-liam & Keren Bingham Hacking. Her brothers & sisters were: Berniece Balle, Thomas LaVerle, Mau- rine Jefferies, Llna Wilson and Vena Fit on. Lola married Frnest LeGrand Fowlke from Lindon, Utah, in the Salt Lake Temple, March 12, 1941. They were blessed with 7 children; Lola Lorraine, Ann Lee, Jane, Keren, William Hacking, Clark LeGrand & Joel Hanks. Her sons & daughters-in-law are Dean Richards, Jon Overman, John D. Morton, Lorie Lofgreen, Valoy Williams and Jody Fritz. Lola & LeGrand have over 100 grandchildren. Lola & LeGrand enjoyed 38 years of marriage. They were very committed, dedicated & nurturing parents. They enjoyed spending time in the mountains, traveling, reading & rafting. Lola loved riding horses, cooking, sewing sew-ing and spending time with her children. Her most prized possessions posses-sions were her children, grandchildren, grand-children, relatives and friends. Lola was an enthusiastic educator educa-tor and stressed the importance of education to every child she taught. She graduated from BYU with a bachelor's of science, taught in Washington School District for 3 years, Alpine School District for 12 years (including (includ-ing Home Economics Chairman at Lake Ridge Jr. High). She also taught adult education educa-tion & summer sum-mer school. She taught 4-H 4-H for 10 years & served as PTA President in the community. She was a devout member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Latter-day Saints where she taught & served in the ward & stake positions posi-tions her entire life; she especially loved teaching the people of Tyler Texas where she spent 18 months as a missionary. She loved Genealogy Geneal-ogy work and wrote a book about her pioneer ancestors. Lola is loved & cherished by all. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 27, 2007, at 1 1 a.m. in the Orem Timpveiw 6th Ward Chapel, 950 West 1200 North, Orem. Family and friends may call Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. in the Walker Sanderson Sander-son Funeral Home, 646 East 800 North, Orem and from 9:30-10:45 a.m. prior to the services at the church.
