Utilizing his certifications and his passion to help, these friends have come to trust his services. He has serviced systems ranging from Microsoft Windows to the complex UNIX systems still used by some of the larger companies. Mr. Kneipp has been helping local folks for years with their home computers. Over the last couple of months, many friends have told him that they are not happy with the poor telephone support provided by computer manufacturers. Worse yet, some computers are no longer supported. They all asked him if he could help. Hence, Sky Mountain Enterprise – Computer Certified Services was born, because people need and appreciate the personal touch from a “neighbor.” Mr. Kneipp has a wide range of resources to draw from. The company can fix and maintain all Microsoft products and networking needs of the home or small business. They can install desktop computers, laptops, and servers, as well as the network equipment required to setup a new business. Mr. Kneipp explains that all computers need attention to maintain efficient operation. Computer “tuning” can increase the speed of hardware and provides an analysis of the current software in use. Often an easy software upgrade can make a great difference in computer performance. The company also offers cleaning and repair of personal systems. Statistics show that at least 85% of all hardware failures are a result of the dirt and dust that is drawn into it every day. Sky Mountain’s technicians will come to your location and take care of all your hardware quickly and effectively. Mr. Kneipp looks forward to meeting and helping more of the warm Valley residents that he has come to know as neighbors. For more information, please call 745-0882.
