Storms forecasted in the area by the National Weather Service have ee UDOT to issue an advanced advi- “The following areas will be — Monte Cri s! Depending on snow accumulations and blowing conditions, motorists should expect both passes to be closed. Heavy snowfall on these mountain passes exceeds the Department’s capacity to clear and maintain it for travel during the winter months. Signs are posted to notify the traveling public. The roads will re-open next spring as weather conditions permit. Weber County Planner’s Corner There are occasions and circumstances when the fine points of the Zoning Ordinances are allowed some degree of flexibility. The Board of Adjustment, consisting of five (5) members and two (2) alternates who are appointed by the Weber County Board of County Commissioners, is a body of Weber County citizens who serve on this Board to make decisions to vary certain requirements of the Zoning Ordinance. Meetings are held on the second and fourth Thursday of the month at 4:15 p.m. in the Commission Chambers on the first floor of the Weber Center, at 2380 Washington Blvd. in Ogden. Minutes of each meeting are of Public Record and are available for review in the Office of the Planning Commission, which is also located in the Weber Center, Suite 240. Any person affected by a Board of Adjustment petition may respond, prior to the set date of the meeting, to Planning staff at the above phone numbers, by written letter, or by attending and speaking at the public meeting. Any person adversely affected by any decision of the Board of Adjustment may Petition the District Court for a review of the decision within 30 days after the Board of Adjustment’s decision is final.
