Show DECIINET0A1UE BONI'SJMRIE ROME, Dec. 2C Tho Vatican has declined to grant Count BonI de Cas-tellane Cas-tellane an annullment of his marriage with Anna Gould, who Is now tho duchess of Talleyrand and Sagan. Tho Countess do Castellane was granted a divorce from her husband and given the custody of their three children on November 14, 190G. Count Boni applied to the Vatican about a year ago for annullment of the marriage. For several months the congregation congrega-tion of the council has had under nd-visement nd-visement the process received from tho archbishopric of Paris concerning concern-ing the case. When Mgr.
