Tho Tho guest arrived In due time and was taken by surprise on his return from work at tho State Industrial school. A delicious five-course supper was served in vory pleasing stylo, after which the evening was spent in games and music. Covers wore laid for Mr. and Mrs. Parley Griffin, H. Smuln, Chas. Cole, Paul ChrlBtenson, C. G. Prlco, John Krolgbaum, James Harrop, Mrs. Geo Smuln and Miss Vlnnie Prlco. WINGOLF PARTY. Invitations aro out for a dancing party to bo given Friday evening by tho Wlngolf society. Misses Beatrico Farr and Lizzie Dlnsdalo were hostesses at a farewell party given In honor of Miss Mamie Peterson, who Is to leave Bhortly on a mission to the Central States, having been called to labor as organist and secretary of that particular branch. A delightful crowd gathered at tho home of Marcus Farr on Canyon road to celebrate the occasion. During Dur-ing tho evening, besides tho pleasant amusements indulged In, Miss Arta Slmpeon and Miss Beatrico Farr rendered beautiful solos, with Lionel B. Farr as accompanist. At 10:30 light refreshments were served. Tho guest was then presented with threo handsomely bound books, necessary for tho preparation of her work and as a token of tho high esteem in which Bhe was hold by all.
