His forward passing pass-ing was clean cut and covered long distances, his handling of trick and line plays was masterly and his punting punt-ing was virtually faultless. Fox and ,V. Two fumbles by Pearson, the ball "being recovered both times by Ogden (players near the Boise goal, gave the locals their first two scores and disheartened dis-heartened the visitors. Pearson later redeemed himself by making a touchdown touch-down and kicking goal, but he was later injured and had to be taken out .of the game. The teams were about .evenly matched in weight and line strength, and this made offensive line -plays by either side of small avail. The Tigers, however, far out-classed the Idaho youths In speed, knowledge of the game and generalship. The only trick play used by the Boise quarter-hack quarter-hack was the almost obsolete double pass, while Glasmann had a number up his sleeve and frequently brought them into play to good advantage. ' As predicted, the crowd at the game was the largest of the season, approximately approxi-mately 2,500 people occupying the bleachers, automobiles and foot space on the side lines. The toss of the coin favored Boiso and Capt. Pearson chose the east goal. Glasmann "caught the ball on the 20-yard line, from Brown's opening open-ing klckoff, and advanced twenty yards. Falck gained three yards, KIngsford six and Glasmann one, thorough thor-ough the line. On the next three plays Dee, Glasmann and KIngsford made small gains and then Dee made twelve-yards twelve-yards around right end. L. Falck hit the line for three yards and Glasmann got by left end for three more. Bag-ley Bag-ley made a poor pass, Glasmann fum bled and a Boise player fell' on the ball. Two forward passes were fruitless and the pigskins went to Ogden on downs. Trick Play by Glasmann. KIngsford rounded left end for five vards. Pearson got under the ball, but failed to hold It and it was grabbed by an Ogden player. Bedwell was substituted for Bartlett and the game went on. Glasmann punted to Jordan, who was downed in his tracks by Joe Falck. Pearson got through the Ogden tacklers for twenty yards on an end run. Pearson failed to gain on a line play and Cross was thrown back for a loss of 10 yards, by J. Falck and KIngsford, attempting an end run. Wicher got through center for five yards and the first quarter ended with the ball in the middle of tho field. Brown punted to KIngsford, who failed to gain any material distance. L. Falck carried the ball eight yards around left end and two yards through center. The Tiger interference failed to give Doe necessary protection, and the all-state half-back was thrown back for a loss of ten yards, on the next down. Tho distance was recovered recov-ered by L,. Falck on an end run, from a trick play and Deo took the ball eight yards further on through tho line. L. Falck punted and, on the succeeding down, Pearson made six yards around left end. Brovrn punted and Glasmann staged two fruitless forward passes. Falck made four yards on a fake forward pass and then punted to Pearson. With Joe Falck under him ready to tackle, Pearson Pear-son again dropped the ball and it was recovered by Richards on the Boise eight yard line. Two little plays, with Dee and Glasmann plunging ahead with the ball put It on tho four-yard lion nnd L. Falck carried it over, going around left end. Glasmann kicked goal. Score-. Ogden 14, Boise 0. On the klckoff by Glasmann, the Boise receiver fumbled tho ball, but one of his mates recovered It. A double-pass was rendered useless by Wilkinson, Wil-kinson, who broke through the Boise line, Brown punted to Tj. Falck, who returned twenty-five yards. A forward pass failed. Dee fumbled the ball and recovered It, but the mlsplay cost the Tigers 10 yards. L. Falck punted. A Boiso end-run failed of its purpose, but Ogdon was penalized five yards for offside. iMohlcr spoiled the visitors next play by getting the runner bd-hind bd-hind his own line. Wichor made two yards through center and Brown punted punt-ed to Dee. Big Plays by Ogden Boys. , On the first down, Glasmann signalled sig-nalled a forward pass, made a magnificent magni-ficent throw to Joe Falck who caught the ball and ran forty yards for a touchdown, straight-arming three of the Boise tacklers who got In his path. Glasmann kicked goal. Score -Ogden 21, Boise 0. The first half ended a half minute later. Joe Falck Out of Game. Changing goals, Glasmann opened the second half with a punt to tho Boise fifteen-yard line. Wicher caught the ball and returned fifteen yards. Cross made six yards and Wicher two, through the line. Brown punted to Dee, who made twenty yards bo-fore bo-fore being downed. A forward pass failed. Another Glasmann to J. Falck, twelve yards. L. Falck gained five on an end run and Dee made two, through the line. Attempting a forward for-ward pass, Glasmann was tackled by a Boise player and a brief wrestling match resulted. J. Falck and other players play-ers ranB to the scone of tho by-play to pull the wrestlers apart. Joe's purpose pur-pose was mis-interpreted by tho referee ref-eree and he was put out of the game, Erwln taking his place. Ogden was penalized fifteen yards for the same play. The double injury served to nettle the Tigers to more energetic action and less than a minute later the fourth touchdown was scored on a forward pass, Glasmann to L. Falck, twonty-five yards being covered. Glas-man Glas-man failed to kick goal. Score: Ogden 27, Boise 0. Glasmann punted to Wicher, who returned ten yards. Dee intercepted a forward pass and ran thirty yards for a touchdown. Glasmann kicked goal. Score: Ogden 34, Blse 0. Glasmann punted to Jordan, who returned twenty yards. Pearson failed : on an end run. Wilkinson Intercepted a forward pass and, with Deo at his heels for protection, ran twenty-five yards for a touchdown. Glasmann kicked goal. Score: Ogden 41, Boise 0. Boise's Only Score. W. Rankin was substituted for Wicher, who caught the ball from the klckoff and advanced five yards. On the first down, the pigskin was fumbled. fum-bled. It was recovered by Mohler. Two forward passes availed the Tigers nothing and on a third, Pearson intercepted inter-cepted tho ball and had a clear field for a touchdown. Running hard, he made forty yards, being then overtaken over-taken and downed by Erwln on the Ogden twenty-eight yard lino. Three forward passes, one a failure; one Tingley to Brooks, netting fifteen yards, and the third, Tingley to Pearson, Pear-son, thirteen, took the ball across. Pearson also kicked goal. Dec went around right end for eight yards and the quarter ended. Tiger Tackier Goes Down. The Tigers failed to make the necessary nec-essary distance on their first three downs and L. Falck punted to Tingley. Stone wns substituted for V. Conroy and V. Conroy for Richards, h. Falck intercepted a forward pass and returned re-turned two yard gain. Cross advanced fifteen yards around left end and two forward passes failed. A third forward pass was tried and the ball changed hangs. Dee intercepting inter-cepting it and returning eight yards. Falck punted. Boise failed to make the necessnry distance and the ball went to Ogden on downs. L. Falck carried the ball to the visitors' ton-yard ton-yard line and lost it when he was "tackled. Last night, In the high school auditorium, audi-torium, the intermountaln champions and the Idaho visitors were guests of honor of the High School Athletic association as-sociation at a dancing party. Nearly 500 students participated in this social event, which proved one of the most enjoyable stnged In the city as a closing clos-ing entertainment of the day.
