Show To Elect Queen A new feature of the traditional tradition-al Freshman week at Utah State Agricultural college this year will e the election of a class queen when the class holds its annual events May 3-8, Reed Nielson of Logan, president, has announced. Nominations for queen will take place at noon next Wednes-Jaf Wednes-Jaf and final balloting will be teld the last day of the week, with the winner announced at the I'rosh week dance Friday even. ing. Along with these two activities, ac-tivities, the other big affair of the week will be the class as-sembly as-sembly Friday at 1 p.m. Marian Carlisle of Logan and Merl Greenhalgh of Nephi are the class members in charge of editing the freshman paper. Both M'e members of the campus weekly Student Life. Sidewalk paintings and posters will also herald the week. Other committee members are Bob Preston of Logan, Carol Birch f Roosevelt, and Merle Titejen of Tooele, assembly; Jean Fors-P'en Fors-P'en of Brigham City, Bill Ryan, Jay Allen and Barbara Carter of Logan, dance; Reese Allen of Tremonton, publicity. |
