AfllENDMENX Compensation of Elembers of the Lefrislnture ' A JOINT RESOLUTION PROPOSING PRO-POSING TO AMEND SECTION 9, ARTICLE VL OF THE CONSTITUTION CONSTI-TUTION OP UTAH, RELATING TO COMPENSATION OP MEMBERS MEM-BERS OP THE LEGISLATURE. Be it resolved by the Legislature the State of Utah, two-thirds of Jll members elected to each of the two houses voting in favor then, of : Section 1. That it is proposed w amend section 9, article VI, Constitution of the State of Utah, to read: Section 9. The members of the Jgislature shall receive such per m and mileage as the Legislature Legisla-ture may provide, not exceeding ten dollars per day, and ten cents Per mile for the distance necessarily necessar-ily traveled going to and returning from the place of meeting on the Host usual route, and they shall fweive no other pay or perquisite. Section 2.
