Show Page 9 December 24, 2003 ZEhc Ttmcs-Ccfn- s Nephi, Utah (Cljristmas 2003 Tuna Salad Sushi Makes 1 2 servings can (12 ounces) chunk light tuna in water, drained 14 cup light mayonnaise 12 cup chopped celery 2 large flour tortillas 6 carrot strips In mixing bowl, stir together tuna, mayonnaise and celery, breaking up any large chunks of tuna. Place half of the tuna salad on each tortilla in a line slightly below the center of the tortilla. Make a line of carrot strips along the middle of the tuna (10-inc- salad. Roll into a cylinder, trim ends and cut each roll across into 6 pieces. Place in a container, cut sides up. sushi-fashio- Old-Fashion- 8 2 6 6 2 Buttermilk Pie ed ounces unsalted butter cups sugar eggs, lightly beaten flour tablespoons cups buttermilk 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 12 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 pie shell, unbaked Preheat oven to 350F. Using mixer, cream butter and sugar until butter is softened and mixture is light. Add all ingredients and mix until combined. Pour mixture in unbaked pie shell and bake 45 to 50 minutes, until center is set. Allow pie to cool completely before serving. Serve, pie wdth fresh strawberries or diced peaches if desired.
