I am one of those very fortunate people: I have had a wonderful life. There has been no big trauma in my life. I have never been in the depths of despair. I have never had to ask, "who am I?" or Why am I?" I have always been a happy person. About eight years ago met some people who were happier than I was. This was difficult to understand. I had the world by the tail and these people had more than I did. And I found myself wanting what they had. So I set out to find what it was and discovered that these people had a very close relationship with Jesus Christ. Well, I already had that. thought. I was raised in a Christian home, knew who Jesus was and certainly called on Him when I needed Him. But most of the time I handled my life fine by myself. As I studied further, discovered the secret. For 45 years had kept Jesus on the outside - a safe distance away. You have to open your heart and ask Jesus to come in. You have to surrender your life to Him. You have to be so filled with Him that He takes over completely. It s called being "born again" and it s the most important thing that can happen to you. In my case, it was a difficult thing to do. and as I look back, it should have been so easy. I thought I was a happy man. but didn't know the meaning of happiness until Jesus took over. The peace and the joy that His love has brought into my life is indescribable. Personal and business problems are solved with ease because of His help. It isn't necessary to worry about anything anymore because I know He has everything under control As I continue to grow in Him. every facet of my life becomes more beautiful and fulfilling. I praise Him every day for making a new creature out of me. The great part is that everyone can find this peace and joy and happiness by just letting Jesus take over. You. too. can have your prayers answered. Join us for an informal luncheon and hear how other businessmen have found God's key to success at a every Thursday at 12 noon: 744 East 4th South.
