That the population the hereinafter area exceeds 100 inhabitants. 2. That the undersigned persons are registered voters within the boundaries of the proposed District, and that the total number of signatures exceeds ten per cent (lOtf) of the number of votes cast within the said district for the office of Governor at the last general election, immediately prior to presenting this petition. 3. That said proposed District lies entirely within the confines of Salt Lake County, Utah and includes the following incorporated municipalities: South Salt Lake, Murray, Midvale, West Jordan, Riverton, and Sandy, and also includes areas of Salt Lake County outside of incorporated municipalities. 4. The proposed boundary lines of said Mosquito Abatement District are as follows: Commencing at the intersection of 2100 South Street and the Southwest corner of Section 18, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian thence south along the Range Line between Ranges 1 and 2 West to the Southwest corner of Section 18 of Township 4 South, Range 1 West, thence East along the South lines of Sections 18. 17, 16, 15, 14 and 13 of Township 4 South. Range 1 West, to the Southeast corner of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 1 West, thence north along the East line of said Section 13 to the Southwest corner of Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 1 East, thence East along the South Section lines of Sections 7 and 8, Township 4 South, Range 1 East, to the Southeast corner of said Section 8. thence north along the East Section line of said Section 8 and continuing North on the Section Line to the Northwest corner of Section 33, Township 2 South, Range 1 East, thence East along the North line of Sections 33, 34, and 35 of Township 2 South.
