Show Martin Brotherson Dies at Son's Home in Boneta Martin Brotherson, resident ol this city since the early sixties, died Tuesday at the home of his eon, Darwin Brotherson at Boneta. Utah, from heart trouble. He had been visiting with his children child-ren at Boneta, the past year. Mr. Brotherson was born ir. Denmark, May 30, 1853, a son oi Elsio and Christian Brotherson. They came to Utah in 1858 locating locat-ing at Moroni. He vas married in 1876 to Jeannette Rcwe. His wife died in 1322. They were the parents of elev -en children, nine of whom survive He was always active in thc church, being a diligent war6 teacher, serving as a missionary for the L. D. S. church and holding hold-ing the office of high priest at the time of his death. Surviving are two half brothers. Hyrum Arnoldsor. of Ely, Nevada: Hans Arnoldson, Moroni, Utah, and the following children: Mrs Jeanette Swasey, William ar.d Darwin Brotherson, Eoneta, Utah. Mrs. Elsie Cock. Salt Lake City Mrs. Peter Mickelsen. Rexburg. Ictano; Lafayette and Conden-et Brotherson, Mt. Pleasant; Que Brotherson, Garfield. Utah; Taylor Tay-lor Brotherson, Idaho; also twenty-five grandchildren. |
