Show Ed Davis Dies From Infected Finger Cut Ed Davis, well known local sheep trimmer for the John H. Seely and Sons Company and John K. Madsen, died at th home of Mr. and Mrs. William Millar early Friday morning from blood poisoning. Mr. Davis was injured last week at Gunnison, cutting his finger while butchering a mutton, infection infec-tion resulting. He had been seriously ill since Monday of this week. He vas a native of Wales of the British Isles, born August 28, 13n. He came to Mt. Pleasant thirty vears ago, from Nebraska, with the late John H. Seely. He was married October 11, 1906 to Mrs. Elizabeth Emily Madsen, in this city. His wife died in 1929. He was Past Noble rand of Mt Pleasant Chapter No. 20, I. O. O. F having been a member of that organization for 18 years. The Chapter will have charge of the body and funeral. Surviving are relatives m Wates and the following stepsons and 'daughters: Mis. Robert. Sneddon, Kemmerer, Wyoming; Mrs. Sam Gentry, Beaver, Utah; Mrs. Brig-ham Brig-ham Porter and Lawrence Madsen Mad-sen Mt. Pleasant; Arthur Madsen, Sch'ofield, Utah; Dudley Madsen. Stockton, California. |
