Show Pioneer Historical Association Will Celebrate Birthday Mar. 7 The Mt. Pleasant Pioneer Historical Histor-ical Association will celebrate ite twenty-first birthday on Friday, March 7, 1930. At a meeting of the Board of Directors Di-rectors held some time ago a general gen-eral committee as follows was ap-oointed: ap-oointed: Joseph Monsen, chairman: Mrs. S. D. Longsdorf, James Mon--en. O. M. Aldrich, Joseph Seely, 3. T. Madsen, Royal W. Candland Elmer Jensen, Francis J. Nielsen, Mrs. T. C. Candland. Plans are being formulated which will make this event bigger and better than ever before. Already letters expressing the desire "to visit vis-it the old home town" at that time. have been received. A committee has met and made arrangements to visit most everj I family in town in the Interest of ! old relics and old photographs, for display, and also to obtain membership mem-bership to the organization. Anyone Any-one who is a descendant of a pioneer pion-eer of 1859 to 1859 is eligible. In the afternoon there will be a program as well as a display of relics, and at nirht a grand Overall and Calico ball will be held.
