Show Former Moroni Resident Celebrates 80th Birthday At Salt Lake Sunday Monday will be the eightieth birthday of Mrs. Laora Tidwell of Salt Lake City and until three years ago a lifelong resident resi-dent of Moroni. She will be honored at a reception re-ception Easter Sunday at ' the home of a daughter, Mrs. Zina Bradley, 728 Roosevelt ave. Friends and relatives will call from 2 to 6 p. m. A steady, fast and persistent crocheter, Mrs. Tidwell has made bedspreads, table mats or other finery for all of her 26 grandchildren grand-children and many of her 30 great-grandchildren. She also finds time to do her housework and until a few years ago had a garden. She was born in Moroni March 29, 1868, a daughter of Mose i and Rachel Heffner Draper, early Utah pioneers. She was the eighth child in a family of f 13. She has been an active J member of the Church of Jesus ' Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was married to Jamc Tidwell in Moroni Jan. 10, 18S7. He died in 1908. : Mrs. Tidwell is the mother of eight sons and daughters, six i of whom are living. They are Mrs. Bradley, Mrs. Claudinc-Davenport Claudinc-Davenport and James Leonard Tidwell, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Florence Winkelman, Mt.
