Show Notice to Water Users. State Engineer's Office. Salt Luke City, Utah. November 7, 1913. Notice 19 hereby given that J. M. t'aunrir, whose io.st otiice address is Fairview, Utah, lias miiae application i, accurdance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah. 11W7, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah . 1909 and 1911, to appropri.te liiree and one half (SJ) cubic feet of water per second from San Pitch River, Sanpete County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at u point which bears Dortb 17 degrees 30 minutes east 1,811 feet distant of the northeast corner of Section 21, Township 12 south. Rau(:e 4 east. Salt Lake base and meridian, from where it will be conveyed con-veyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 2:2,440 feet, and there used from May 1 to June inclusive, of each year to irrigate 160 acres of land embraced in Sections 17 and 20, Town ship i'2 south, Range 4 east. Salt Lake base aud n eridian. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 5300. All protests against the granting of sale" application ap-plication stating tbe reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate and filed in his office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
