The President of the Associated Advertising Advertis-ing Clubs of the World, in speaking before the Federal Trade Commission recently, openly condemned the advertising of the mail order houses, saying in part: "There is no reason why the catalog houses should be allowed the medium of the United States mails when all RELIABLE RELI-ABLE publications have refused to accept their advertising."
