married Geraldine (Geri) Herron March 26 1960 in Inglewood CA He graduated Hinckley High School in 1944 Shortly thereafter he entered the military service and served in World War II Arlo lived all his married life in HinHe was a ckley where he farmed member of the LDS Church an active member of the Hinckley Lions Club for 25 years and served as Secretary and Board Member participating in many service projects He was on the Board of the West Millard Mosquito Abatement District wher ehe served many years as Secretary He was employed by the State Road Department for 10 years and worked for the last 26 years of his life for the Millard County School District as a custodian for the Hinckley Elementary School and the Delta Middle School and as a bus driver He is survived by his wife Hinckley mother Delta son Skip and Lorie Taylor Hinckley daughter Mrs Dale (Staci) Hansen Roy four grandchildren Tiffany Andrea Amber and Kristi brother Van Taylor Pleasant Grove Funeral services were held Tuesday May 26 at 2 pm in the Hinckley 1st Ward LDS Chapel with Bishop Walter Manis conducting Bishop Leonard Palmer gave the family prayer with prelude and postlude music by Marlene Bliss Invocation was by Leonard McDonald and the choir sang “As I Have Loved You” and “Oh My Father” Bishop Russell Styler and Dale Hansen spoke and Sherril Tolbert played a western medley Melba Jacobson sang “My Hero” followed by a medley by Ruth Talbot Bishop Walter Manis gave remarks Benediction was by Ward Petersen Interment was in the Hinckley Cemetery with Larry Moody dedicating the grave City He was a life long resident of Millard County He served as State Representative He farmed owned and operated a grocery store in Deseret but his main love was mining in Amassa Valley He is survived by wife Vonda of Delta Mrs Ray (Beth) daughters Brown Hinckley Mrs Cheryl Hilton Las Vegas NV Mrs Robert (Kay) 14 Hansen Phoenix AZ grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren sister Mrs Max Boise Idaho hospital on May 15 1987 after an extended illness She was born October 9 1916 to Mr and Mrs Claude Huff and raised on the Huff Ranch located between Utah She Kanosh and Meadow graduated from Millard High School in the Class of 1933 and went on to ColBusiness graduate from the LDS lege in Salt Lake City She will be remembered locally as a talented musician and an achieving student of business She lived in San Francisco CA for some time where she met later and married David Marriott dovorced and where her two children were born Following her divorce she and her children moved to Salt Lake City where she worked for many years as a legal secretary for the Hotel Utah Later in her life she married Harold C Spencer of Salt Lake City and they moved to Boise to make their home She is survived by her husband Harold of Boise a son David Mariott Dave Mrs a daughter Florida (Jeanne) Howa Salt Lake City several grandchildren Services and interment were in Boise Idaho Claudia loved George where he enjoyed gardening and his grape vineyard He served as Washington County Commissioner for three terms and was involved in many other civic functions An active member of the LDS Church of the Sunday he was superintendent School for 16 years Bishop for nine years Uvada Stake High Councilman and Stake president chairman of the Regional welfare program for seven years St George Temple ordinance worker for 10 years and a member of the presidency of the St George Temple for six years He is survived by his wife of St George one son Calving J Barlocker Salinas CA four daughters Mrs
