Show CALL FOR DEMOCRATIC COUNTY CONVENTION A convention of the Democratic Party of Beaver County, State of Utah, is hereby called to convene in Milford, Beaver County, Utah, on Tuesday, September 30th, 1930, at the hour of ten o'clock A. M. for the purpose pur-pose of placing in nomination a full county ticket to be voted for at the General Election on November 4th, 1930, as follows: Representative to the State Legislature Legis-lature for 2 year term. Commissioner for four year term. Commissioner for two year term. Clerk for four year term. Treasurer for four year term. Recorder for four year term. Sheriff for four year term. Assessor for four year term. Surveyor for four year term. Attorney for two year term. Said convention will also reorganize the party in Beaver County by the election of a Beaver County Chairman, Chair-man, vice-chairman, secretary and treasurer, and will also transact such other business as may properly come before it. ' The County convention will consist of thirty-nine delegates, based on an apportionment of 1 delegate for each thirty votes or major fraction thereof cast for the Hon. George H. Dern for Governor in 1928, provided that each precinct shall have at least one delegate. dele-gate. On this apportionment the various var-ious precincts shall be entitled to representation re-presentation as follows: Beaver 17 delegates. Milford 14 delegates. Minersville 3 delegates. Adamsville 1 delegate. Greenville 1 delegate. Sulphurdale 1 delegate. Thermo 1 delegate. Frisco 1 delegate. Precinct chairman are directed to provide for the election of delegates to said county convention in the usual manner and to certify their delegation and election to the County Chairman before the hour for said convention. They will also see that nominations for justice of the peace and constables for their respective precincts are made at the primaries which elect said delegates. J. E.
