(JKORCK TKMI'LK CKRKMONY 1 111 wedding rites solemnized, in the St. George L D S temple on Saturday, June 18, Miss I Zclla Mortensen of Parowan bo J came the bride of Darryl Sihramm, of Milford, with President Pres-ident Harold S. Snow officiating in the ceremony. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bart W. Mortensen of Parowan, and the bridegroom the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Schramm of Milford. Saturday evening a reception was held in their honor in the Parowan First-S.cond Ward recreation hall, with a program and dancing as features of the affair. Attending the bride were her sister Mrs. Florence Romborger, as matron of honor, another sister Miss Doline Mortensen. Mor-tensen. maid of honor, and Mary Carol Lemmon, Mania Heap, and Marie Adams as bridesmaids. Flower girls were Susan Bulloch and Lavorna Jones. Standing as best man t for the groom was Joe Valentine. Valen-tine. ' Norman Romberger, brother-j in-law of the bride, was master of c. remonies during the eve-J ning. Following the reception the newly married couple left for a short honeymoon, and upon their return will make their home for the present at Milford. The bride is a graduate 61 the Parowan High School, where ;:he was yearbook editor and a cheerleader, and has attended the College of Southern Utah during the past year. At the C S U she also served as cheerleader, cheer-leader, was a member of the Pi Rho sorority, and was named Powder Puff Queen at the Powder Pow-der Puff ball during the winter. Mr. Schramm is a graduate of the Milford High School, attending attend-ing the Brigham Young Uni-! I versity one year and was at the College of Southern Utah this ' pat year, where he was active ' in school affairs. |
