A new Jail Is under course of construction. One of tho things most potent ln this movement is the fact that recently a crowd from Hy rum came down and proceeded to run a dance, llecause tho Mlllvlllc people had no where to put them they escaped arrest. This difficulty, however, will be obviated by the new Jail now being built. When Hyrum-ites Hyrum-ites come down to take possession of a dance, they will give them lodging In this new bulling. The Collinston people arc somewhat agitated over the change of railroad matters In their locality owing to tho new sugar factory being built at Garland, Gar-land, a branch line has been partially built to this point starting from the main line south of Collinston. It is expected this branch line will continue con-tinue up to Malad City.
