L., but facts In the case are hard to obtain. While some of tho farmers havo signed papers that they will sell their property for a'speclllcd amount, It in no way settles tho argument vvh'cthor or not the factory will be erected here If built at all. Some are of the opinion that this is only a scheme of certain businessmen in buying this land, so that If the people refuse to raise beets tho factory can raise beets ou their own land and bring cheap labor hero to run tho farms. There Isn't a man inside the town, outside of those who arc connected with tho concern, who really does know what Is going to be done and all wo can do Is to shut up like clams and watch events.
