School District, Clearfield City To Develop Park CLEARFIELD The Davis School District and Clearfield City have entered into a joint agreement to develop Steed Park, located next to Holt Elementary in Clearfield. The district owns seven acres of the park and the city owns 13 acres. The district and the city will separately pay for sprinklers, lawn, landscaping, i fence, and playground equipment The public can use the districts portion of the park after regular school I hours.
