Henning Andersen believes an artist is born and not made, but the craftsman is made. He fits both categories. Five years ago, Peter Freed, president of Lagoon Corp, a connoisseur of artifacts and who enjoys seeing things done right, asked Andersen if he would come to Lagoon to do some painting and restoration work at Pioneer Village.
