GATHERUM 7734976 Stanley Flint of Fort Worth, I in Texas spent Layton visiting his mother, Mrs. Delila Flint. While he was in Layton he visited with other family members as well as his children. Mr. Flint was transferred to Texas from Hill two-wee- AFB. Mr. and Mrs. Shirley Craig ' ' 1 ' f, left Layton the last part of June to fly to Seattle, Wash, where they met their daughter, Mary, their Bob McCarty, and their grandson, Rob. After spending time in Seattle they all flew to Hawaii k vacation. They for a stayed mostly on the Island of Oahu where they toured the famous scenic attractions including Waikiki Beach, the Hawaiian LDS Temple and other attractions. After returning home Mr. and Mrs. Craig enjoyed a week-lonvisit from their son Mr. and and daughter-in-laMrs. Lyle Craig and their grandchildren. Monte and Lona. Lyle also visited with his brother Randy and his sister LaVee and her husband, Kim Hensely, who live in Willard. The Craig family held a family reunion at the Shirley Craig home. The Layton Seventh LDS Ward held their summer on July potluck ward dinner 20 at the Layton Bowery. Last Friday evening members of the Layton Stake Young Adults group traveled to Manti to attend the Mormon Miracle Pageant. The young people camped overrenight near Manti and turned home late Saturday. Virginia Larsen is at home recovering from a stay in the hospital where she undersent surgery on her hands. Mr. and Mrs. C.L. Allen and their family attended the Manti Pageant last week. The Allens took the opportunity to while go fishing and camping they were away from home. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Graeber and family moved recently from Layton into a new home in South Weber. Mr. and Mrs. Golden C. Sill have returned from spending two weeks in Hawaii. They landed in Honolulu and spent two days on the Island of Kauai. They stayed on the Island of Hawaii and Kilo. They stayed two days at Kona and visited Maui. They also visited the Island of Molo'-antoured the Kulaupup lookout and Moaula Falls. The stayed in a hotel on Waikiki Beach near Honolulu and toured this island.
