Show Double Ring Ceremony unite Kathryn Jenson, Dean Lamereaux Miss Kathryn Eileen Jenson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David H. Jenson, became the bride of Mr. Dean Perry Lamoreaux, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph C. Lamoreaux, Friday the Sixth day of February. Bishop Harold Hiskey officiated of-ficiated the double ring ceremony w hich took place in the Cedar Twelfth Ward Chapel. A wedding reception was held the same evening in the 12th ward cultural hall. On February 5, a buffet rehearsal dinner was given by the grooms parents in their home. Mrs. LaVeeda Sprague and Mrs. Marilyn Perry and daughter JoAnn helped prepare the dinner. The dinner was for the wedding party and the immediate im-mediate family. The bride's gown was satin and lace with an empire waist-line with a rounded neckline and a stand-up collar and long lace sleeves. A matching lace train connected at the waist band. The bridesmaids wore coral orange floor-length dresses. Mrs. Alice Haider was maid of honor and Mrs. Marlene Sevy, Miss April Taysom, Miss Maria Robinson, Miss Shelley Widick, ' - ? " ; v . - - , : ,c J y . 1, a. . - ,ji , , r. MR. AND MRS. DEAN PERRY LAMOREAUX and , Miss Shelley Jenson attended at-tended the bride. Tobie and Robert Jenson carried the rings. Mr. Kim Lamoreaux, brother of the groom acted as best man, with Lowman Nelson, Sid Webster, Dale Hirschi, Dale Urie, Jim Murdock, and Kendall Beatty ushering. Greeting the guests were Mr. and Mrs. Scott Jenson and Mr. and Mrs. Ron Lamoreaux. Mrs. Rhea Lamoreaux was at the guest book. The kitchen was attended by MaNaun Foster, Gayle Jordan, and Dorothy Bicknell. Serving were Kae Porter, Sharlyn Spendlove, and Margaret Abbott. Mrs. Marilyn Perry and Mrs. Marilyn Prince assisted with the music. At the gift table were Annette Nelson, Ellen Urie, Connie Murdock anmd Gayle Webster. The mother's wore floor length shirt waist gowns which tied at the waist. Mrs. Jenson's was a mint green color and Mrs. Lamoreaux's was a coral orange color. Prenuptial showers were given by Mrs. Alice Haider and Mrs. LuAnn Forsyth. A kitchen shower was given by Mrs. Marlene Sevy and Miss Maria Robinson. The couple honeymooned in Southern California and in Arizona before making their home in Cedar City. |
