Show t ' IP'. , ) Peggy Jones and Evan J. Matheson Jones - Matheson to recite vows Ivan Blaine and Emily Jones recently announced the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Peggy, to Evan J. Matheson, son of Gaylen and Gay Matheson of Cedar City. The couple will be married tomorrow in the Manti LDS Temple. There will be a reception in their honor that evening from 7:30 to 9:30 in the Mona Ward Cultural Hall. An open house will be Saturday from 8 to 10 p.m. at the Enoch LDS Cultural Hall. There will be a short program at 9 p.m. All friends and relatives are invited to attend. The bride-to-be is an honor graduate from Juab High School, Snow College and Brigham Young University, with a B.S. in elementary education. She taught school in Carbon County and will teach next year in the Jordan School District. ' The prospective bridegroom graduated from Cedar High School and the LDS Seminary. He served an LDS mission to Okayama, Japan. He graduated Cum Laude from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in microbiology and received his commission as a Second Lieutenant in the Reserve Officers Training Corp. He will enter the University of Utah Medical School this fall. The young couple will make their home in Salt Lake City. - A - f Traycie Dalton Dalton receives mission call Traycie Dalton, daughter of Delos and Jeanenne Dalton, has received a mission call to serve in the Pennsylvania Philadelphia Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She graduated from Parowan High School where she was active in Model United Nations, music and student government and was yearbook editor. She is also a four-year graduate of the LDS Seminary program. She has attended Southern Utah State ' College for three years, where she is majoring in political science. Her testimonial will be Sunday at 10:50 a.m. in the Summit Ward. She will enter the Mission Training Center on Aug. 13. |
